Andrew Santino just dropped a hilarious teaser sketch to announce his new podcast, No Bad Lies. The show will feature one-on-one conversations with famous golfers, athletes, and celebrities—while playing one hole of golf and talking through life’s toughest lies.
The teaser opens with fake voicemails from Dustin Johnson and Bryson DeChambeau. “Hey, you’ve reached Dustin Johnson… leave a message, because I’m not calling you back.” Bryson’s voicemail says he’s “probably out filming a YouTube video right now.” Santino finally gets someone on the line—Cam Smith—who has no idea who he is.
Santino pitches the show with a simple hook: a “walk-n-talk” over one hole of golf where he gives guests deliberately bad lies on the course, while they open up about a moment in life where they were dealt a “bad lie” and how they bounced back.
The concept is clever, funny, and very on-brand for Santino. While the teaser leans heavily on pro golfers, his dream comedian guest list includes Katt Williams, Young Jamie, Larry David, and Tony Hinchcliffe.
With a strong pitch and Santino’s charm, No Bad Lies looks like it’ll score laughs and some surprising insights.
