Bad Friends Decline Tim Dillon’s Netflix Roast Invite for Hulu Commitments

Bad Friends Turn Down Netflix Roast Opportunity, Cite Hulu Projects

Bobby Lee and Andrew Santino, hosts of the popular podcast Bad Friends, recently shared that they declined an invitation to join Tim Dillon on the cast of Netflix's Roast of 2024. During a candid discussion, they explained their decision was tied to ongoing commitments with Hulu.

"They asked us to do it, and we said, 'No, thank you,'" Santino explained. Bobby Lee added, "We’re both doing Hulu stuff too, so it didn’t feel like the right move."

While some fans might find the choice surprising, both comedians hinted at their desire to stay loyal to their current projects. Bobby admitted, "I would have done a Netflix special if they asked, but this wasn’t a special. It’s just not the right time."

Despite turning down Netflix, the duo remains focused on their comedic endeavors. With Hulu collaborations in the works and their Bad Friends podcast thriving, it seems their schedules are already packed.

Fans can look forward to seeing what Hulu and the dynamic pair have planned in the near future. For now, Netflix will have to roast on without them.
